Is there a migration path from Sybase to SQL2005?

I have located a link about migrating Sybase Database to SQL 2000 but not one
of equal detail about Sybase --> SQL 2005.
Do you need to migrate to SQL2000 first and then upgrade to SQL 2005?

I don't think so. I guess the the whitepaper about the migration to SQL 2005
is not written yet.
