Is SQL Server using all my RAM ?

I recently moved a large database to a new brand server with 8GB of
ram.
I didn't notice in the taskmanager it shows, like SQL Server is using
just 2.8GB ... always.
Anytime of the day I see, it says 2.8GB of ram.
Do I need an special parameter or something to tell SQL Server take up
all the rest of the RAM available ? The server is for SQL Server alone.
