What part of ANSI are you referring to.
The short answer is no. In fact, I'm not sure of any commercial database
that is 100% ANSI compliant.
SQL Server 2000 implements most of the ANSI SQL99 (SQL3) standard however.
This would include Reserved words, Isolation levels and so forth.
