Is my SQL Server DB protected from hosting people?

If I upload my Sql Server Database to a hosting company, can they see my tables?

* IF you maintain your own SQL Server and they have no access to it, no.

Otherwise:

* If it is their server, then unless they are total idiots on a ridiculous level and have basically forgotten their administrative passwords (while somehow maintianing their ability to create new databases),

surely they can see the tables. They will go in with the sa account and are god in the system. They can do whatever they want.
